Sažetak
Ovo istraživanje analiziralo je povezanost morfoloških karakteristika i fizičkih performansi mladih fudbalera. U istraživanju su učestvovala 32 takmičara muškog pola uzrasta od 10 do 13 godina. Procena antropometrijskih i telesnih parametara obuhvatila je telesnu visinu, telesnu masu, indeks telesne mase (BMI), procenat telesne masti (%BF) i procenat skeletne mišićne mase (%MM). Fizičke performanse procenjivane su testovima linearne brzine trčanja (na deonicama od 5 m, 10 m, 20 m i 30 m), sposobnosti promene pravca kretanja (T-test sa i bez lopte) i eksplozivne snage donjih ekstremiteta (CMJ, CMJa i SJ). Za utvrđivanje povezanosti između telesnog sastava i sportskih performansi primenjena je Pirsonova (Pearson) bivarijatna korelaciona analiza. Rezultati su pokazali da je telesna visina značajno pozitivno povezana sa visinom vertikalnog skoka (r = 0,438–0,548; p < 0,05), kao i umereno negativno sa vremenom sprinta na 20 m i 30 m (r = -0,324 do -0,352; p < 0,05). Procenat telesne masti pokazao je najstabilnije korelacije sa vremenima sprinta (r = 0,343–0,463; p < 0,05), što ukazuje da veći procenat telesne masti negativno utiče na ubrzanje. Nasuprot tome, procenat mišićne mase bio je pozitivno povezan sa rezultatima vertikalnih skokova (r = 0,378–0,451; p < 0,05), dok su njegove negativne korelacije sa vremenima sprinta pokazale da veća razvijenost mišićne mase doprinosi boljim performansama u kratkim sprintovima. Indeks telesne mase (BMI) nije pokazao značajnu povezanost sa većinom testova fizičke pripremljenosti.
