Sažetak
Uvod: Platforme društvenih medija se sve više koriste kao alati za promociju fizičke aktivnosti i učešća u sportu putem digitalnih intervencija i onlajn društvene interakcije. Cilj: Cilj ovog sistematskog pregleda bio je da se ispita uticaj intervencija zasnovanih na društvenim medijima na motivaciju za fizičku aktivnost i učešće u sportu. Metode: Sprovedena je sistematska pretraga baza podataka PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science i Google Scholar, pri čemu su uključene studije objavljene u periodu od 2012. do 2025. godine, u skladu sa unapred definisanim kriterijumima za uključivanje i isključivanje. Analizirano je ukupno 15 primarnih studija, a metodološki kvalitet je procenjen korišćenjem PEDro skale. Rezultati: Većina uključenih studija pokazala je pozitivne efekte intervencija zasnovanih na društvenim medijima na ishode povezane sa fizičkom aktivnošću, uključujući povećanje umerenih do intenzivnih fizičkih aktivnosti, broja dnevno pređenih koraka, pridržavanja programa vežbanja i motivacije. Fejsbuk je bio najčešće korišćena platforma, nakon čega su sledile mobilne aplikacije i hibridne digitalne intervencije. Veličina uzorka kretala se od 25 do 301 učesnika, dok je trajanje intervencija variralo od 3 nedelje do 6 meseci. Zaključak: Intervencije zasnovane na društvenim medijima pokazuju potencijalnu efikasnost u unapređenju motivacije i učešća u fizičkoj aktivnosti; međutim, heterogenost među studijama ograničava mogućnost donošenja čvrstih opštih zaključaka.
