Sažetak
Uvod: Savremeno korporativno okruženje u zemljama jugoistočne Evrope, uključujući Srbiju, postavlja visoke profesionalne zahteve pred zaposlene, često dovodeći do profesionalnog stresa i konflikta između poslovnih i porodičnih uloga. Ovaj pritisak je posebno izražen tokom tranzicionog perioda srednjeg životnog doba (40–64 godine), koji je već podložan egzistencijalnim i razvojnim krizama. Cilj: Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je da se ispita odnos između konflikta poslovne i porodične uloge, profesionalnog stresa i osećaja smisla života kod zaposlenih osoba u Srbiji, uz pozicioniranje fizičke rekreacije kao strateške intervencije u okviru upravljanja ljudskim resursima (HRM). Materijali i metode: Iz šireg nacionalnog uzorka analiziran je poseban poduzorak od N=204 zaposlenih ispitanika srednjeg životnog doba (40–64 godine) iz pet statističkih regiona Srbije. Korišćeni su standardizovani instrumenti: Skala konflikta posao–porodica (Work-Family Conflict Scale – WFC), Indeks kvaliteta uloga i profesionalnog stresa i Upitnik smisla života (Meaning in Life Questionnaire – MLQ). Rezultati: Statistička analiza pokazala je da ukupni konflikt poslovne i porodične uloge pokazuje značajnu varijabilnost u odnosu na uzrast (F=2,24; p=0,041), pri čemu dostiže apsolutni razvojni maksimum tokom kasnog srednjeg životnog doba (55–59 godina; M=39,51). Zaključak: Integracijom ovih rezultata sa empirijskim dokazima o značaju fizičke aktivnosti, rad definiše primenljive strategije korporativnog zdravlja za preduzeća u Srbiji. Uvođenje ciljanih programa fizičke rekreacije u okviru kompanija može sistematski doprineti smanjenju profesionalnog stresa, unapređenju zadržavanja zaposlenih i ublažavanju sagorevanja na poslu tokom srednjeg životnog doba.
