Abstract

In any sport, whether recreational, amateur, or professional, there is some risk of injury. With increasing load and training intensity, the possibility of injury increases, even when the athlete is well-prepared for training. We will find in this review different results, analyses, and prevention recommendations related to the causes of injuries in archery. Archery is a repetitive activity under a heavy load. The shoulder girdle is one of the most common injury types, but other types can also occur unexpectedly.
