Abstract
The aim of this paper is to determine correlation between doing physical activity and school success. Theory analysis of text, was used for preparation and realization of paper which was used for gathering information and creating discussion of the authors in one whole, in correlation to the subject, issue and the aim of this paper. Identified results indicate that increase of physical activity and condition can improve academic efficiency, and the time in a school day dedicated to break, physical education and body activity in the classroom can improve the academic success. Results suggest that mathematics and reading, academic subjects which are most influenced by physical activity. These subjects depend on efficient executive function which is related to physical activity and physical condition. Executive function and brain health are fundaments of academic success. Basic cognitive functions, related to attention and memorizing, help in learning. Also these functions are helped by body activity and bigger aerobic condition. Individual sessions and long-term participation in physical activity improve cognitive performances and brain health. Children who participate in strong or medium intense body activity have a lot more benefits than others.
