Abstract

The rapid development of commercialization in sports was contributed by the influence of various factors, among which the most important are: striving for a sports spectacle, development of technology and informatics, increasing and strengthening competition, striving for records and professionalization of management and sports management. Globalization in sports creates the conditions for the formation of a free world sports market, which has led to a market in which are represented transfers of players from all over the world in several leagues in the richest countries in Europe. The commercialization and development of sports as a business has created a sports industry that generates revenue for sports organizations, at all levels, their employees (management, administration, players, etc.) that significantly affects both the global and national and local economy.
