The process of development of children and young people is especially sensitive in relation to possible negative influences, the elements of their biological, physiological and social status. The sensitiveness is manifested in the enlargement trough the biological maturation, the development of personality and involvement in social community. During these process the child is no longer seen as passive recipient of influences – the knowledge and experience of the adults, but as a person that with own needs, interests and developing responsibilities participates in environment and it is able to change it.
