Abstract

Tourist facilities andcompanies mustdevisenew waysto attractcustomers in orderto be competitiveat allon the growingmarket oftouristic products and services. With itscapacities they mustmeetdiscerning tourists, to whomthe natural environmentis no longer sufficientto decideto spendtheir vacationin a particular place. Sportrecreation facilitiesareone of waysto expand thetourist offer, whichshould attractthe categoryof touristswith an activelifestyle, and thereforehave a desire toparticipate in physical activity even during their vacation.Toinform andto attractthis groupof tourists they musttake advantage of allthe marketingandpromotionalcombinationstoget to the point of purchasingtourismproducts andservices, andtoinformabout the tourist offerthe widestrange of potentialcustomers, which results inincreasedprofit for tourism organizationsandthe environment in whichthey operate.
